Welcome to The Next Wedding Classic!
The Next Wedding Classic is a free internet song contest for original wedding songs. TNWC showcases songs that may not always be "cutting edge" according to current music trends, but rather, may stand the "test of time" for years to come.
You are invited to submit entries with themes of love, honor, commitment and hope for the future that might be appropriate for a wedding ceremony, reception, party or dance. If your song is chosen for the semifinals you will compete with other songwriters for a First Place award of $300 as well as the opportunity to be presented to major label recording artists for inclusion on their future projects. During each of the three consecutive semi-final weeks beginning May 29, 2011, online voters will determine which songs will advance to the final. The final will then be held the week of June 19, 2011. The Winner of The Next Wedding Classic 2011 will be announced June 29, 2011. NEW THIS YEAR!
